Refund policy
Return and Exchange Policy for Orders Shipped by Mail:
- Orders placed on the website have a period of 5 business days from when the order arrives in your mailbox to request an exchange.
- Items on SALE, swimwear, or accessories are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Each exchange must be approved before initiating the process. We do not offer refunds.
- The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs or handling fees for an exchange. Once the order is received, it will be inspected for approval. The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and with its original tags.
- For pickup orders (in Gurabo), you have up to 15 days to collect your order. If not picked up within this period, the order will be automatically canceled, and the total value of the order will be forfeited.
- Important: Seasonal items such as sparkly, satin, swimwear, and Christmas items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.
- If you placed an order on our website and selected store pickup (Gurabo), the 5-day period for requesting an exchange begins when you receive the notification that your order is ready for pickup. This notification is automatically sent to the email registered with your order.
- Orders made in our physical store have a period of five business days to request an exchange. Day one begins on the day of purchase. The item must be in perfect condition.
- Items on SALE, swimwear, or other SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Seasonal collections such as sparkly and/or satin styles are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for exchange or return.
- We do not offer refunds.
- *Special sales such as BLACK FRIDAY are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or return.
- PRE-ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED.
Only one exchange is allowed per transaction.
